5. Returns & Refunds

Please review our return/exchange policy before making a purchase. Customer has 14 days from purchase date for any return or exchange AND product must be unopened and unused. Open and used products are subject to refusal by Refinery Fragrances.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective or damaged product to request a return or exchange. Proof of defective or damaged products will be required in order to get new product sent to you.

Refunds are processed at our discretion and may take up to 5-7 business days.
