Shipping policy

Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been opened and the product has not been used. 
  • An exception to the return/exchange policy: If your product arrives defective or damaged upon arrival. Proof of defective or damaged product will be required to send a new product.
